3. Warranties

LEDMA PAINTING provides warranties on workmanship as outlined in the contract. These warranties are contingent upon proper maintenance and care of the painted surfaces.

4. Liability

LEDMA PAINTING is not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will use reasonable care in our work.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

6. Changes to Terms
